The largest traditional self-supporting domed igloo with an internal diameter of 7.85 m (25 ft 9 in) and an internal height of 4.17 m (13 ft 8 in) was constructed by 72 volunteers under the supervision of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB) at the Centennial Park, Grand Falls, Canada, and was completed on 17 February 2008.
